We hope that you have enjoyed this free promotion.Our pricing strategy is evolving around loyalty to regular users so please check our prices out as we offer daily exercise opportunities from as little as 50 pence* a day. From £3.50* a week we believe there is no cheaper offer available to improve your wellbeing as to how you feel about yourself and how your health and lifestyle will improve. My particular thanks go to the members of staff who are embracing the change in culture and the challenges that frequently present themselves. We know we are not perfect but we are working hard to change our image and this new style website is just one example of how the brand of OCL is changing. We continue to offer a range of activities in the school holidays and particularly popular is the Girls Together Project.
